The Central Government makes the amendment in the Chemical product (Quality Control) Order, 2021 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals. The order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
