EPR Registration for Plastics Waste Management involves several fees for Plastic Implementing Bodies (PIBOs) and Plastic Waste Producers (PWPs), which are detailed as follows:

1. Application Fees for EPR registration of PIBOs

The application fees for PIBOs are determined based on the annual plastic waste generation in metric tons per annum (TPA). The fee structure is as follows:

For plastic waste generation less than 1000 TPA, the application fee is Rs. 10,000
For plastic waste generation between 1000 and 10,000 TPA, the application fee is Rs. 20,000
For plastic waste generation exceeding 10,000 TPA, the application fee is Rs. 50,000

2. Application Fees for EPR Registration of PWPs

For Plastic Waste Producers, the application fees are determined based on the production capacity in metric tons per annum (TPA). The proposed processing fees are structured as follows:

For a production capacity ranging from 200 to 2,000 TPA, the application fee is Rs. 20,000
For a production capacity exceeding 2,000 TPA, the application fee is Rs. 50,000

3. EPR Renewal Fees

The renewal fees for EPR shall be the same as the initial registration fee for EPR.
