The samples submitted for testing must be retrieved within 90 days from the test report issuance date. Beyond this period, the laboratory reserves the authority to dispose of the sample in line with its policies and the applicant (manufacturer) will have no right to make claims once the sample is discarded.

Important Note: The sample product might experience partial or complete deterioration during the testing process. The laboratory or Brand Liaison will not entertain any claims raised by the applicant in relation to such spoilage.
